As New York Fashion Week February's series came to an end yesterday, I share with thee one of my favorite street style captures during the event. I captured the beautiful Ms Kelly Rowland, Jenna Lyons (J crew's executive creative director) and both of my current model muses, the ebullient and gorgeous Sudanese Ajak Deng and the delightful, cool and down to earth Canadian Coco Rocha. The look I loved the most, Jenna Lyon's white jumpsuit, hands down. It just appealed so unexpectedly stylish and she just moved about in it like she knew it looked fresh and ultra-modern, ow! One chic woman that one there. See details of their looks below!
Tracy Reese, a much loved designer since the 90s who has had the honor of dressing first lady Obama for numerous occasions, had a show during New York's fashion week on Feb 9th 2014. Recently, she became the Tide Pods and Council of Fashion Designers of America's 'Washable Fashion Ambassador', an awesome collaboration for her brand. Her design aesthetics tend to women who love the prints and romantic style taste (pertaining to her use of floral patterns and flowy fabrics) but with some architectural edges to the looks.
Below, these are street styles from some attendees of her show on that day, check them out and get inspired!

Despite a busy schedule, I managed to make room for opportunities to work behind the scenes of two different fashion shows during New York Fashion Week events of September 2013. The shows: Sachi + Babi and Zang Toi, of which both included beautiful collections. What fun experiences working alongside peers, make-up artists, models, creative directors and stylists of each show. Oh by the way, the crew and a few cast from the reality tv show, 'Housewives of New York' shot a scene at the back stage of Zang Toi's show. What a sight to experience!
