So yesterday, while strolling idly down the streets of New York catching up on life with my buuud (yes, go ahead and say that out loud, tehee), this beauty appeared. Meet Gabby,an equally free-spirited soul who rather dresses to whichever way her mood bends any given day. She works at an airport where she's mandated to wear uniform for work, but after work its all play time with no shame to her style game. Clearly visible here, she likes to rebel away from those monotonous work uniform tones; bursting into all sorts of stylish colorful expressions much to her appeal.
Her look appealed so uncontrived and refreshingly different from the common New Yorker's mimicry street styles I often peep. How come? Well, she simply obeys her free flowing thought about style, often asking herself: "Who do I want to be today? as her liner winged eyes led the way to this fab Asian-persuasion-glam style fusion. That query serves sufficiently enough for someone open to where the style senses may lead, one who daringly follows that instinctive style guide, the sort of people that tend to inspire me because of their unflinching approach about style, who keep the looks I peep on the streets booming with individuality, someone like Gabby. My fav portion of her look? the gold bag and those shiny jelly shoes, it made the look simply come alive. Thank you for inspiring!

Today's style muse looks fine and tsssss, hot! As young ladies say goodbye to their 20s, their style expressions should encompass looks that makes prominent the coming-of-age sexiness about their 30s. I always believe in embracing growing up and whatever style adjustments that comes with that; like no one should catch me in a butt-cheek high rise mini skirt in my 30s, just saying. With aging, I've got intentions of having a well balanced blend of sweet and spicy style appeal, yep I do.
Juvenia (NYC) submitted her muse <to the left> Efe, expressing: "Efe emulates what style should look like in your early 30s. This is one of many of her timeless pieces and her style overall is effortless. She's my style muse because she doesn't break the bank to look this chic."
A black dress never gets old, ow! Thank you for inspiring Efe and thanks for sharing Juvenia.

I was going to send more but sheesh she has so many pics Crap let me choose the 3 pics I love most Her style inspires me because its effortless, chic and dope all on one! When it's time for business she serves up class and when she dresses down its street chic. She will pair sequined pants, a tee, heels and a bold lip...for lunch with the girls! It's just easy and I relate to it so much!! "
And we see I see why you love her style, it's street chic, bold and fashionable. Keep on inspiring friend!

Today's muse submission comes from a friend to another. From Reinya G. (NYC) stating: " My style muse's name is Monteka M. What makes her style so unique is her ability to fuse vintage and new pieces and create her own style unlike anyone I've ever met. She's creative and innovative in every way. The quality I admire most about her is her confidence and classic beauty. She doesn't follow fashion trends or rules she creates her own and nails it everytime. Need I say more, I mean, J'adore each look and how she puts it all together, you just rock so in style Monteka! Thank you for sharing your muse with us Reinya.
Meet our muse of the moment: Not only is he a banging DJ, his style as a business man looks fresh. Yes, luckily I've had the pleasure of attending one of his amazing parties; which entailed all around fun and non-stop dancing to his well-mixed tunes. He will get booked to spin for one of my future gigs for sure! Enough from me. Link up with him here and see for yourselves: http://symplytunes.com/
Jacqueline had this to say about her muse: "My fashion muse is DJ Rudy who chooses to express himself by what he wears. He is an entrepreneur and a gentlemen with a style of sophistication and a hint of urban. He taught me that fashion is about trends and what people think looks fashionable. So forget fashion and have your own style because that expresses who you are. Style is how people first get to know who you are so make sure it's done with sophistication." Now who can argue with that definition of style?
Thank you for inspiring DJ Rudy! and thank you for sharing your style muse with us Jacqueline.
This muse's look, as describes by her admirer takes on that "Fresh, new and now" style aesthetics. Mmmhmm. Here, she keeps it clean with beautiful translucent accents in her equally dark, jeweled designed shoes and then accessorizes with those angular shaped jewelry for that modern dramatic touch. I love it. Her devotee Juv muses on stating, "She's my style muse because she's high-end and a trendsetter. My age group looks up to her style for inspiration. Keep on inspiring Ashley! Thank you for sharing this with us Juv.

Ms. Anita ( New York City) said this about her muse: "He is Congolese and I love his sense of style. He is so diverse, he is one of the few African guys that I can see him wearing everything and it'll still look good on him. And to top it all, he is very humble. He has more pics but I can't send them all lol... it's just sooo much I couldn't pick and there are more, didn't know which to pick and I'm still confused... "
Well there you have it folks, hahaha! Yes, he does serve with his take on style. Some eclectic African meets western inspired looks here and some polished and tailored looks there. Kudos Congolese man, you inspired with your style! Thank you Ms. Anita for sharing this with us.
